Ryan went in to check on Macie while she was napping and found her like this. hehe. She always crams herself in a corner where she can tuck her face into something, but we'd never seen her throw her leg out of the bed before. lol
I keep trying to get a cute shot of the kids together, but it just hasn't happened yet. Well...I think they're cute, but what I mean is I want one where they're together and both looking, smiling, and basically an impossible picture for a nearly 2 year old and 5 month old to pose for.
While trying to de-clutter I got rid of a few old shirts, one of which Ryan put on Ty for a joke. We couldn't get him out of it for the rest of the day. He played and played in it and thought he was just "it." Then, out of no-where, he climbed up on the ottoman and was being such a sweetie. I just had to grab my camera when I saw it. He layed there for a while too.
Ty being goofy in daddy's boggin. He's my sweet little man!
Well, the kids seem to be on the mend. I'm having my doubts though. I believe I've gotten closer to the Lord through their sickness. I've had to depend on His strength to get me and them through all this. I've taken the last couple days off to make sure they're okay and so they don't have to get out.
Their temps are gone but the long road of drainage has just begun I'm afraid. Ty is doing a lot better except that his nose runs non-stop. The kids are on medicine that seems to be helping quite a bit, so I'm thankful for that.
Macie, on the other hand, is having a terrible time. She chokes on the drainage, gags, and then spits up. Fun times at our house. Needless to say she's a pretty unhappy little baby right now. She trys to be good natured, but then she'll have a coughing spell which just ruins everything for her. (and me)
This mommy needs her babies to be better so SHE and THEY can have a break. One baby at a time being sick is one thing, TWO sick at a time is another. Just continue to pray for them and pray for us that we don't catch it. It will be every wonder that we don't as much snot as I have worn the past few days.

I DID get a break while they were taking naps (ACTUALLY NAPPING AT THE SAME TIME! WOOHOO) and did a couple scrapbook pages of the kids. I'm so excited. I knew it would be hard scrapbooking after I had one baby, but when I had Macie I knew it would be near impossible to EVER scrapbook again until they were grown and gone. haha HOWEVER, I didn't get any done while I just had him, and have now officially finished 3 pages in a weeks time with two kiddies in tow. I may take pictures of the pages and post them. I think they turned out really well! Especially since I had to rush at the end of the last one because of both kids waking up at the same time right before I finished.
More tales from our house later. Thanks for all your faithful reading and comments. Greetings to our newest commenter Stacie. I did make it over to your blog just to glance, but haven't had the chance to really read anything yet. I will though. :)

6 Say It Here:
how frustrating...I had this whole long comment and my computer wouldn't post it!!!!!:( Anyway, cute pics of the kids...like I said on Amber's page...one is hard enough to get a pic of so I can only imagine 2!:) Sorry the kids have been so miserable. Hopefully they'll be ALL better soon. I know what you mean about learning to lean on the Lord more when they are sick...Blake got croupe 4 or 5 times when he was young and would always wake up gasping for air in the middle of the night and we'd make a flying 1 hour trip to the ER in Springfield. He even had to go by ambulance once as he would just scream in between what little air he was getting...SO scary!! Anyway, good job on getting your scrapbook pages done...I have only done 3 pages in Blake's book and I did those right after we moved to Texas. In Missouri I had a whole group of mommies to scrapbook with and we'd have crop nights so here it is harder to get motivated by myself plus, there is always something else that needs to be done or I'm playing with Blake!:) I do have aspirations to get Blake's book somewhat going before Lindsay comes along but we'll see. The resort we are staying at actually has a crop night every other Tuesday but Jordan has been working so many hours I just can't ask him to keep Blake in the evening when he gets home. Maybe someday!:)
Oh! you poor things ... I'm glad to hear the babies are getting better! It's so awful when they are so little and sick! Are YOU getting any rest?
The pictures are darling !!!!!!! I love the way Macie is sleeping! :) And Ty is just getting cuter and cuter!!!!!!! I love the pic. of him in the hat! :)

Aww cute! Thanks for more pictures. :-) I love the one of Macie sleeping. Isn't it funny how they each have their own funny little thing they do? Gabe only sleeps on his tummy, and he's usually got his knees up under him with his butt in the air. :-D
Ty is growing into a cute little man!
Thanks for all the picture comment on my picasa albums. :-) I have tons of photo programs, but I don't normally do any editing unless I'm changing a normal pic to black and white. Because of Ryan's business we have all the big expensive programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc. Most of the time I just use the Picasa program, but if I want to do something Picasa can't do I have lots of other options. :-)
Hi there! Absolutely darling pictures - thank you so much for posting!! It's wonderful to see them kiddos on here since we live so far apart I can't see them in person (*sniff*) - I hope you are all doing better now!
I really am gonna call soon *wink* - lol - honest! The kids are all talking about camp already - so I'm getting excited about it...haha...I guess I'm just as bad as they are!
Love and hugs,
~Amanda~
