Sleepy Head

These were both taken on the way home from Louisville. Don't worry, I didn't actually LOOK while I was taking them, I just held the camera out to the side and snapped a few. Took a couple to get them right but they turned out pretty good for taking them while driving. lol

I've really been enjoying this warmer weather that we've been having again! It has been in the 70's around here! YAY for warm weather!

Ryan, Ty, and I all matched again for church. Different clothes than Easter, but we still matched! Alas, I again didn't have our picture taken! I know, I should be whipped!

Ty has done GREAT without his pacifier...obviously the top picture was taken the day before we took it away. *sniff for poor Ty* Nap times are a little harder, but he's been a little trooper!!!

A Sad Today...

Oh how my head hurts. I was up most of last night with a "pregnancy" headache. I still had it when Ryan left for work this morning and I STILL have it and it's the middle of the afternoon.

It must be the whole pregnancy emotions thing that has my nerves and emotions fairly shot. I've just been down all day today. Urg. I don't like feeling down. I need a hug.

My belly is finally starting to protrude a little bit. Maternity shirts are still a bit big, but I don't like the way my normal shirts look anymore. So, I'm stuck in the middle of "no clothes" land. Hmm...I remember this happening last time as well, just a lot sooner than it's happening this time!

Ty gave up his paci Sunday night. (Not by his choice mind you) He's doing AWESOME without it! I thought it would be SOOOO much harder to get rid of than what it was. Praise the Lord for that!

I just had such a comforting thought! Even though I'm sitting here feeling down and in need of a hug, I always have my Savior with me! He never leaves me nor forsakes me! Isn't that AWESOME!!! I just love the Lord. He's been so good to me and I'm terribly ungrateful a lot of the time, yet He still loves me and is there for me ALL the time! What a gracious God that we serve!

Our Baby Girls Ticker

Well I wasn't sure if anyone would actually notice that I added a new ticker on the bottom of my blog so I thought I'd post it up here so you guys can check it when you want to on the bottom. I'm also going to add a link to it on the side like I have for Ty's Ticker. I think it's a cute one! She sure is bouncing around these days!

Also, thanks so much for all the name inputs! Keep them coming! The more the better! I really like the name Macie, but Ryan just isn't crazy about it. We both like the name Jade and have talked seriously about naming her Jaden and calling her Jade for short. I need a really neat middle name to go with it though just so we can have it for an option. Any suggestions?

I'm all about having a unique middle name! Ty's is Laketon and I just adore it...so I want her to have one too! So I need middle name ideas as well and especially one that goes well with Jaden, just in case we settle on that one!

Weekend With Mom

Well, the concert was a hit! I really enjoyed myself and it was such a nice treat! Mom and I went this weekend and listened to a group called Celtic Woman sing. We both got dressed up and had the best time! So, I thought I'd add a couple pics that we had taken in the theatre while we were there.

My Aunt and cousin took care of Ty while we were at the concert, so it was a nice break too! We all need those from time to time!

Baby Names Anyone???

Well, I'm giving an open call for everyone's suggestions on baby names for girls! Ryan and I neither one have come to a final conclusion. I have my favorite mind you, but don't completely have him convinced. lol We'll see! Feel free to fill my comment box with cute little girl names! The more the better!

Easter Sunday

Ryan and Ty before we left for church Sunday morning. We thought it would be fun if we all dressed alike for Easter! I think we look cute! haha Our little blue family.

Ty and me! I wanted to get a picture of our family all together and even took the camera to church to have someone take one. Once we got there I forgot all about it! By the time I remembered it again, we had already changed out of our clothes. I was so aggravated! haha Oh well, maybe next time! We'll just to have to wait till another Sunday and wear our matching outfits again. Then I'll post the FAMILY shot!

I just got home from the TWO HOUR wait at the dr's office then picking Ty up! This was my first chance to get on here and post what we found out. Ryan and I are SO excited! She was the sweetest little baby! She kept kicking her legs around and putting her hands on her head!

Sorry to keep this short but I promised a few friends that I would call them!

IT'S A GIRL!!!!

Our Little Mozart

Ty has grown completely fascinated with the piano! Anytime he hears or sees it, he crawls as fast as he can to play it. This was last Sunday morning before we left for church. I thought it was cute!

You guys just have NO idea how excited I am about Monday! I just can't wait to find out what we're having. Sure hope the baby cooperates and lets us see what it is. Then we can really begin the baby name phase! Ryan just can't get into naming the baby until he knows what it is. I, on the other hand have been thinking about it constantly! haha Can't wait to let you guys know!!!

I just looked it up and realized that I'm due on a Sunday. How strange would that be. I would feel so odd missing church. haha. I'm sure during the most of it I wouldn't even be thinking about it, but afterwards I think I'd feel pretty weird that everybody but us were in church. It would be a great Sunday blessing though!

Exercise...

Well all, as silly as this may sound to some, for others you'll know exactly what I mean. I am trying to stay out of maternity clothes for as long as possible this time around. Mainly because by the end of my last pregnancy I was ready to burn them! Believe me it gets OLD wearing the same clothes day in and day out...and unless you're pretty well off and can buy a lot of different maternity clothes, you're basically wearing the same thing every couple days.

So, I have been watching very carefully what and how much I eat so that I'm able to gain as little weight as possible. I'm not dieting by ANY means, but I am trying to be more careful. I gained quite a bit of weight with Ty and it took ALOT of hard work to lose! Quite frankly, I don't want to have to go through that again.

I LOVE my workout videos. I do pilates for my nether region and thighs, and a pregnancy cardio workout for the rest. The pilates BURNS something awful, but it seems to be working and the pregnancy cardio can make me break a sweat so they're both good! I feel SO much better this time around. Hopefully I'll stick with things and have the best possible pregnancy that I can! We'll see!

Side-view

Well Rachel, this is as side-view as it gets for right now. haha. I don't have any pictures from the complete side because there just isn't a bump yet. lol I don't know where this baby's hiding out, but it isn't the front of my body! ha!

And yes, that is chocolate ice-cream. I had been craving that for months now and hadn't ever gotten any because of watching what I was eating, but I figured on tater day I could splurge. I ate all the ice-cream, but the birds got the cone.

We go on Monday to find out whether it's a boy or girl so I will update you guys as soon as we find out!!! We're excited!!!

Tater Day

Ty and I at Pizza Hut. He looks so entirely enthused doesn't he! haha... He did GREAT the whole day though! He waved like crazy at the people in the parade. I think the whole thing fascinated him!

There was a Republican stand set up at Tater Day with a lot of information about abortion, so Andrea and I stopped. They had the sweetest life-size babies showing the development at various weeks and stages. This little baby was 20 weeks so I thought it would be cool to get a picture of my holding a 20 week old baby since that's what ours will be next week. We also thought the picture turned out really neat how my hands make the baby look like it's laying in a heart. Sweet, sweet baby!

My new hair!

I wanted to try something different with my hair. As some of you probably know, when I get a "wild hair" to do something new with my hair I'm TERRIBLY impatient about getting it done. So, while Andrea and I were at Tater Day, we stopped in at wal-mart since I couldn't get ahold of my normal stylist and had a really nice girl there to cut it. I just love it! It's SO much lighter now which is great for me because I have headaches during pregnancy, so the lighter weight in hair has been a nice change. I'm going to straighten it today and see what that looks like!!!
