"Ooooo...mommy...I think I'm stuck!"
My ornery, stubborn, into everything sweet little girl is quite adventurous these days. Now that she is OFFICIALLY walking all over the place and rarely doing anything else, we have reached a new level of escapades.
"No worries! I'm super baby and have successfully unstuck myself and made it around the Foosball table just fine!"
I have included a few pictures of Macie when she was still crawling just to mark her end to that stage. However, now that she is walking she is into EVERYTHING exploring quite a bit.
She's managed to:
- throw a few of her toys into the toilet,
- open up all my bottom kitchen cabinet doors and strew things everywhere,
- find a stack of index cards and place them neatly *cough cough* around the house,
- and last for this post but certainly not least, her favorite activity of opening the living room cabinet and pulling out all her diapers and throwing them wildly around the room.
Yes, lest any of you should wonder...this is a disaster area in our bedroom. (again, no worries, shortly after this picture was taken the mess was cleaned and neatly stored away)
BUT, Macie took advantage of the endless opportunities this cyclone provided and disappeared under the mass piles of the unknown into the extreme world of "childhood."

So...yes...I've been doing "projects." Have I mentioned them before? Hmm...I think not.
PROJECT #1:
Center piece for the kitchen table. *still as of right now the USB ports are down, thus I can download NO new pics unless I find a willing person to allow me to download on theirs and send them to myself in an email.*
I set off for Michaels and came home with a small treasure mine full of autumn related items.
After a round of glory with hot glue gun and scissors, I successfully made the awesomest *yes...that's a word here* center arrangement ever!!! I LOVE it! It's gorgeous and definitely doesn't looks just like something I'd make. I can't wait to share pictures of it!!!
PROJECT #2:
Diaper wreath for a friend who is due in 9 days. YAY!
A little hot glue, ribbon, LOTS of diapers, curly ribbon, scissors, pink feathers, sparkly letters and a big pink flower and voila...I had a SUPER cute diaper wreath.
It has already been shown to the mom-to-be and she loved it, which made all the difference in the world! :)
PROJECT #3:
Swap kitchen cabinets.
Yes, I have 4 cabinets. Well, I have more than that but the ones that are importantly related to this tale are the 4 I just mentioned.
So...anyway...I have 4 cabinets. Two of which are completely accessible while the other two are NOT!!! However, my brilliant mind when we moved into this house *because all of you know how clearly you think when you're moving...and yes I know it's been two years and I could have already done this long ago but come on...at least I'm tackling it now* didn't think of putting everything in it's perfect spot.
Today, I was determined to clean out all 4 cabinets and switch the stuff I never used to the less accessible cabinets and the things that I use CONSTANTLY to the more accessible ones.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Oh yeah...and I cleaned out the bottles, bibs, burp clothes, blankets...you know...all the baby stuff that Macie has outgrown and labeled and stored it away, not to mention cleaned out their closet and did the clothing size update switcharoo thingy too.
Project 1 and 2 were done another day.
All the other stuff I did before and after I had to interpret a night class at a local college this evening.
Whew...I actually feel like I accomplished quite a bit today!!! YAY!
___
Scrubs??? Why would an interpreter need scrubs you may ask? That's right folks. I have the opportunity to interpret in a pharmaceutical setting.
Requirements:
- background check *done*
- TB test *doing that tomorrow*
- Drug test *done*
- scrubs *done*
Yay...I get to pretend to look like a doctor. How fun for me! Happy day. :)

7 Say It Here:
You've been busy, girl!
I'd comment more but my youngest is carrying around a colored pencil with a certain mischievous gleam in her eye...
hehe. Sounds like Macie is having a lot of fun nowadays and is keeping mommy on her toes! :-)
