Hey all!!!

Sorry that I haven't been able to post and haven't been able to make my bloggie rounds and comment. Currently I'm staying with my mom and dad for a couple weeks for a sign language workshop to help improve my skills and prepare me for the National Certification Test that I'm going to take either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. (They keep changing my test time on me)

I have already been here one week, so this week is my last and I will be testing sometime near this weekend so if you think of me, please pray that I will be able to pass and become officially certified! Thanks a bunch...love and hugs to all! Miss my blogging days! Hope to back soon!

***below is part of an email I wrote to a couple friends who were getting concerned about my whereabouts. haha...so some of the stuff below is repeats of the stuff above, but thought I'd go ahead and share it anyway for the rest of you guys!!! ***

I'm in with my parents for two weeks for a professional development workshop that will help prepare me for the national certification test that I'm taking next Saturday. So please pray for me that I will be able to pass! =) Sorry I didn't get a chance to post that I wasn't going to be at home and in the blogging world for a couple of weeks. Hopefully, since I got some cute pictures of Ty on mom and dad's camera, I am planning to do a quick post from their house about all what's going on and where I'm at.
Health-wise, I am doing fabulous!!! Little Macie is quite an active little girl and I can't wait to see her! When I get home next weekend, I will start going to the Dr. every week for a check-up. Can you believe it??? That's pretty wild huh? This pregnancy has FLOWN by. I actually didn't really want to take my certification test when I was this far along, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I was really thinking I would be super miserable this summer, but so far it hasn't been bad at all. I get hot, but nothing more than any other normal person. The Dr. did increase the dosage on my hyperthyroidism medicine because it wasn't working as well as it had been. Other than that, things are going GREAT! Ty is learning something new everyday and is so much fun! I love it!

Peek-A-Boo

This is at his Memaw and Papaw's playing peek-a-boo with one of the chair pillows.

BOO!!!!!!

Of course, after you play peek-a-boo you HAVE to give the pillow lovins. =) Ty is getting around like a little pro now and RARELY ever crawls anymore. Alot of people warned me against the walking stage that all I would be doing was running after him, but let me just tell you guys...I LOVE IT!!! The pros seriously outway the cons. I've loved every stage that he's gone through so far. The only thing that breaks my heart is that he's never going to be a little baby again. *sniff*

Well, I've taken in babysitting. I take care of a 9 year old little girl and a 5 year old little boy. I'm guessing that by the time Macie gets here, I'm going to think she's cake compared to taking care of these three. =) Pray for me, considering that I'm in my 8th month, babysitting is wearing me out. They're here from 7:30am till 5pm so I'm pretty tuckered out in the evenings. More next time!

Day with Memaw and Papaw

Ty's great Aunt Sandra kept Ty for the day while I was gone to a workshop and Dr.'s appt. Thanks Sandra!

When we got back to pick Ty up he was sitting out on the front porch just like this, so I grabbed up Sandra's camera and took it real quick! I think it's such a cute picture and so many memories to be cherished!

Ty has officially taken off now. He started taking steps right before his first birthday and didn't take too long after that before he was walking all over the place. NOW, instead of falling down and having to crawl over and pull up on something to start walking again, he's finally mastered getting up in the middle of the floor without having to hold onto anything. YAY for Ty!

Update on Macie...I'm going to the Doctor every two weeks now. Everything has been going GREAT! She's getting more and more active everyday and I'm FINALLY feeling like I'm pregnant. Until just this past week I hardly had time to even think about expecting another one, but this week I'm starting to feel it. =) Next Tuesday I will officially start my 8th month. How weird is that? I can't believe how time has FLOWN by with this pregnancy!!! I thought with the second everything was supposed to drag on, but it hasn't AT ALL! Just wanted to let everyone know that things are going great! Thanks for all the nice comments! =)

For Ms. Diana

This top picture is my complete favorite of him opening his present. =) I know these are a little late, but I was browsing through one of Ty's picture folders and found them and realized I hadn't ever posted them.

He was really getting into ripping the paper off. This is his gift that he received in the mail all the way from California!!! =) He was VERY excited!

He's pointing at the box here. =)

He's all done opening and look what he's playing with...the box...haha...so I sat him next to his new outfit and snapped this! Thanks Sis. Diana!!!

Family Camp 2007

My goal was to have a family picture taken every night of camp, but I missed Tuesday night. *rats* Here's the others though. I think they turned out pretty cute. We needed some new family pictures.

Camp was an absolute blast and blessing! It was great to see our friends again AND the spirit at camp was wonderful. It was a very God honoring week and I learned alot from it!

We've had a picture taken of us on this bridge for the past three years now. If I get a scanner I'll make a post of them. It's pretty neat to see the progression of our family. The first year was just Ryan and me, then Ryan, me, and Ty, and this year, Ryan, me, Ty, and there but unseen Macie. =)

We spent 10 days away from home. It was a wonderful vacation thanks to Jason and Rachel for letting us "crash" at their house! Don't know what we would have done without you guys. You all were so much fun to be with! Thanks for all you did for us and the fellowship that we got to share!!!

Camp Family and Friends

Well, mom's eye's are almost closed but I still like this picture of all of us. I think it turned out pretty cute. We only took one for some reason. I usually take another just in case, but we didn't, so this is what we've got. =)

Emily and I after Thursday night's service.

Okay...this picture is one of my favorites! I think it's hilarious. Right when she snapped the picture, a bug flew and hit my nose. If you click on it and make it bigger or if you just look really close, you can see the bug to the right of my head. It shows up because of the van's white background.

Amanda and I. Long time faithful camp friends!!! I'm so glad you still come Amanda. I had a blast with you! =)

Emily and I

Emily asked me to accompany her with the Mandolin on a song she sang (which was GORGEOUS by the way.) I had fun playing along, but even more fun getting to chat and fellowship with her while we practiced. =)

I was the camp pianist, and Emily played along on her violin. It sounded like an old Italian Bistro. It was the neatest thing!

This was the day we actually "did" the song in the service. She sang so beautifully! It was such a God honoring song and she sang it so well! My fingers definitely got a work out that week. haha...I now have callouses though thanks to all the Mandolin practice! =)
